Burial place marked by a statue of Mary and Child on a two-stage plinth and three-stage base, preceded by a slab. Statue with its own base. The Virgin with long hair, head covered, wearing a crown, a long robe tied at the waist and a cloak fastened at the neck. She supports the Child with her left hand, a scepter in her right hand. Child with right hand raised in a gesture of blessing. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam, inscription engraved on front. The slab tapering downwards.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
