Burial site originally marked by a statue of the Virgin Mary on a two-tier plinth and two-tier base. The statue has been knocked down and lies beside the plinth. Head of the statue not preserved. The figure has crossed hands on the chest. Second step of base with chamfered top edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth finished with a smooth moulded frieze passing into a wider panel. On the front a panel closed with a semicircle, in it an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
