Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal on the front an engraved frame with indented rhomboidal decoration at the corners, within which is an engraved inscription. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of six cylindrical pedestals. The fence is in common with the gravestone 13.

+ / Obok córki leży Matka / S. P. / Marja / ŻWIERZDOWSKA / zm. 2 Lipca 1899 r. / wieku lat 71 / Proszą o westchnienie do Boga. //.
