Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with excavated face, with arms terminating in a trilobed shape, on a moulded plinth. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with a bas-relief of the head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywa / MICHALINA / najdroższa córka WOJCIECHA I WIKTORJI / SIEKÓW / żyła lat 18 + 1932 r. / Prosi o Anioł Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
