Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, in a band on the base. Cross fractured at lower part, on moulded plinth. On the first step of the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered corners, in it originally a plaque with inscription. Base and band with rounded corners.

Spoczywaj w Bogu / Drogi mój mężu. / Żona //.

ca. 1920-1940
