Burial site originally marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth. Cross not preserved, plinth overturned. On the plinth to the front right a relief carved figure of a seated child with a floral wreath. To his left a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Pragneliśmy […] / Droga […] niezdoła / BÓG jego powołał do siebie / [=] / Módl się za nami //.

Time of origin:

ca.1890-1900
