Burial site originally marked by a cast iron cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross lost, not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step high with arcaded frieze, covered by wider moulded panels. On the front a panel closed in a semicircle with a relief figure of St Louis. The saint, with medium-length hair and beard, is depicted wearing an open crown, long robes and a knee-length mantle. His right hand is folded on his chest and in his left hand he holds a scepter ending in a stylised fleur-de-lis motif.

finial - preserved fragment of the lower arm of the cast iron cross

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
