The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a two-tier pedestal in the form of a rock and a two-tier base. At the intersection of the arms of the cross is a relief carved crown of thorns, in which is the head of Christ. The first step of the plinth is glazed, with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with a carved palm branch, below an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
