A gravestone marked by a headstone, at the head of which is an obelisk on a two-stepped plinth and base. On the obelisk is an engraved cross, below cast iron pins, probably after a Christ figure, framed by engraved floral branches, below an engraved inscription. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered top edges.

PAULINA / z KUNISZÓW / ŻÓŁCIŃSKA / przeżywszy lat 67 / spoczęła w Panu 8 - IV / 1930 r. / Pokój Jej Duszy! //.
