The burial place is marked by a cross on a pedestal set on a base, the pedestal in the form of a trapezoidal stylised hill - its front wall polished, the front and back walls of the cross polished, the arms of the cross pointed, on the pedestal, on a matt grey plaque carved in stone, the inscription convex black smoothly polished.

S.P. Władysław Ciołkowicz / um. 2 Maj 1899r. / Paylina Ciołkiowicz / um. 21 Czerwca 1905r. / Ukochanym Rodzicom. //

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
