Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross perpetuated. Second step of base glazed. First step of pedestal with moulded upper edges, signature (M. HAИCZAReK) at top right. The second step of the pedestal with a rectangular protuberance, framed on the sides with a pointed arch, an engraved inscription on the front.
