Tombstone of Piotr Januszkiewicz

Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, in a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid and base. Cross on plinth, with arms ending in a trilliform. The first step of the pedestal with moulding extending downwards, terminating in a gable. The second step is rectangular. On the front a panel with engraved inscription, at the top repeating the shape of the plinth.

Inscription:
