Chlebek family tombstone

Burial place marked by a slab, at the head of which is an aedicula on a plinth and base and with a gabled canopy. On the canopy at the front a plaque with a representation of the head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. In the recess on the plaque an engraved inscription. Plinth framed on both sides by stone cuboid blocks. A gravestone on the base. In the centre a smaller, forward projecting slab.
