Burial place marked by a slab on a band at the head of which is a stele on a two-stage pedestal. Stele composed of four rectangular pedestals of different sizes, on the two wider ones inscriptions: (1) i (2). On the narrower one an engraved cross and the retained tablet mount.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
