Burial site originally marked probably by a statue of the Virgin Mary on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, preceded by three slabs. Statue on its own base, perpetuated. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, on which is an engraved inscription to the front (2). The second step of the plinth with simplified beam, on the front an engraved inscription (1). Three slabs tapering downwards, on each an engraved cross.

2. WIKTORYA / Z OSTAPOWCZKOW / STAŃKIEWICZOWA / + r. 1932 w 72 r. życia / Proszą o Anioł Pański //.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
