Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Third step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. To the left in the lower right corner an engraved signature. The second step of the pedestal tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with chamfered quarter-circle corners. In it a relief inscription. The whole, together with tombstones Nos. 34, 35, 37, was originally enclosed by a fence consisting of four cylindrical pedestals connected with a cast-iron bar.

Additional information:

The gravestone in a common plot with monuments 34, 35 and 37. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter Bo, card number 373, dated 1936. According to the file, the old location of the gravestone is sector "D1, N49, 1st row, by the road from the chapel, on the right side, by the crossroads". Next to the description of the gravestone is the annotation: 'graves of the Bulharowski families'.

numerous cavities, mosses, lichens, cracks, non-maintained finial
