Tombstone of Stanisław Łukowski

Vilnius | Lithuania
Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and banded base. On the second step of the plinth, on the front left a panel, in which is a relief inscription. Beside, to the right, an engraved frame. At the corners of the band, four plinths, originally connected by a chain of rectangular links with spikes. On the right plinth, at the front, at the top an engraved signature of the artist. On the front on the band, in the upper right corner, an engraved signature of the artist.

Bullet marks. Broken chain. In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Ł, card number 97, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "D1, 1st row N1 B, from the Czapski graves". In 1936, there was a wooden cross in place of the present gravestone, with a tin plaque. Also in the file is an obituary of Stanislaw Lukowski.
