The burial site marked by a statue of Saint Francis ? on a two-stage plinth and three-stage base .
The figure of Saint Francis ?. on its own base. She is dressed in a habit girded at the waist with a cord, a cross on her chest. In the right hand a loaf of bread, in the left a basket. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front an engraved inscription(1) framed in a fluted frame with ears. The second step of the pedestal enclosed by a beam covered with a hipped roof. To the front, a fluted inscription (2) framed by a fluted arcade.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
