Burial place marked by a gravestone in the form of a coffin at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Cross on the front with an engraved frame replicating its shape. The upper arms of the cross terminating in semicircles with protuberances. Upper arm of cross broken off, lying beside monument. Lower arm of cross widening downwards to become a vertical panel. At the intersection of the arms of the cross an engraved inscription. The second step of the plinth surmounted by moulding, on the front an engraved frame with quarter chamfered corners. The gravestone is split into two parts, with chamfered upper edges and an engraved cross on the upper face.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
