Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and a banded base in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved on moulded plinth. On the first step of the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription (2). The second step of the pedestal chamfered at 1/3 height of the sides. On the front a plaque with engraved inscription (1).

Inscription:

1. Ś. + P. / MARJA / KOWALEWSKA / ZM. DN. 4.X.1947 / W WIEKU LAT 63 / POKÓJ JEJ DUSZY //.
2. TADEUSZ / GEZ / 1939-1943-2-II //.
