Burial place originally marked by a cross on an irregular stele on the base. Cross not preserved. Stele closed with a sectional arch carving. Engraved inscription on the front.

Time of creation determined hypothetically on the basis of form and dates of life. In the file of Waclaw Wejtka, under the letter L, card number 5, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, row I, from the entrance to the boundary A1, N7".

State of preservation:

mosses, lichens, non-maintained finial

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

unpreserved cross.
