Tombstone of Włodzimierz Bortkiewicz

Burial site marked by cross on three-stage plinth and base. Cross on two-stage plinth. Base with chamfered upper edges. First and second steps of plinth with moulded top edges. On the second step to the front (1) and left (2) an engraved inscription. The third step of the plinth tapering upwards, with profiled lower and chamfered upper edges. The whole enclosed by a fence consisting of a concrete band and bars joined by decorative mouldings and surmounted at the corners by buttons. Wicket at front left.
