A gravestone marked by a cross in the form of a tree trunk, on a rock-shaped plinth, a two-stage base and a concrete slab with a band extending in front of the front of the base. On the plinth at the front a scroll-shaped inscription panel framed at the top by two fern leaves, with a panel on its surface at the top for the unpreserved porcelain, and an engraved inscription below. The two steps of the base elaborated in the form of rustication. In the corners of the panel four pedestals, originally connected by an iron bar.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2017-2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w książce "Cmentarze dawnego powiatu tarnopolskiego", t. 1 i 2, pod red. A. S. Czyż i B. Gutowskiego, Warszawa 2017-2019 roku. Karty inwentaryzacyjne opublikowane zostały w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
