Burial site marked by a cast-iron cross on a rock-shaped plinth. Cross with arms ending in rhomboidal tabs, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ. The face of the cross excavated. On the pedestal at the front a plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywają zwłoki / Ś. P. / Zofii / REWIEŃSKIEJ / zm. 1 Marca 1876. / Módlcie się za Jej duszę. //.
