The burial place marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base, preceded by a slab. Cross on its own plinth in the form of rocks, in front of the cross on the rocks seated figure of an angel in a long robe tied at the waist, with her right hand supporting her head, in her left hand a floral wreath, bare feet visible. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth surmounted by a simplified beam, with an engraved inscription to the front. The slab tapering downwards.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
