Tombstone of Zygmunt Hutnik

Korościatyn | Ukraine

Burial site marked by an angel figure on a plinth in the form of a pile of stones. The figure on its own base. Angel kneels on left knee. Hands folded in a prayer gesture. The figure wearing a long slightly folded robe, tied at the waist, from under which the bare toes of the right foot protrude. Face oval, mouth and nose delicate. Her hair is combed and parted to the left, falling freely down her back. At the front, on a pedestal, a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with a rhymed inscription.
