The decoration of St Simon Stock's reliquary chapel (The Relic Chapel) by Adam Kossowski was created in 1962-66 and is located in the Carmelite monastery of 'The Friars' in Aylesford, Kent (exact address: Aylesford Priory, ME20 7BX Aylesford). The decoration consists of coloured sgraffito, ceramic carvings and reliefs and a granite mensa.
