Burial site marked by a statue of Mary on a two-stage plinth and base. The figure on its own base, in full figure, en face. The figure has her arms outstretched, is dressed in a long robe girt over her chest, has long hair and a headscarf. The base is surmounted by a hipped roof. The first step of the plinth covered by a slab with a hipped canopy, which turns into triangular forms at the corners. On the sides of the plinth rhomboidal panels, placed just below the canopy. On the front an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal ending in a simplified beam covered by a panel enclosed by a hipped roof. To the front a palm wreath surmounted by a ribbon, within it a burning heart with a cross. On the ribbon are engraved inscriptions (2) and (3).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
