Stanislav Karol Vladychko (1878-1936), born in Kaunas, graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Moscow, physician, assistant of the clinic for nervous and mental diseases at the Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg, assistant professor of neurology and psychology at the same Academy, professor at the Institute of Psychoneurology in St. Petersburg, associate professor at Stefan Batory University in Vilnius (1919), dean of the Faculty of Medicine, twice deputy dean of the same university, member of the Committee for Reconstruction of Vilnius University and chairman of the Committee for Combating Tuberculosis, author of approximately 40 scientific papers.
