On a high pedestal stepped thick, light-weight, flat panel, on the panel at the head a box-shaped jardiniere on a rectangular plan with indentation, on low legs, on the pedestal traces of a fence.

Inscriptions: on front of jardiniere (1), on slab (2) and on front of slab (3).

Adéle Léonide Cally, née Kozłowska (1837-1908), born on 8 November 1837 at Arpajon, daughter of Jan Baptiste Felix Kozłowski (born 8 June 1809 at Sedan), doctor of medicine and mayor of Forges-les-Bains, and Louise Hortense Palmir Guignepin. His parents married in 1836 in Étampes (Essonne). Wife of Antoine Cally. She died on 23 May 1908 in Paris at her residence at 22 rue du Pont Neuf. She was buried on 25 May 1908. (Annual number 3010)
