Biography:

Pola Lindfeld (1894-1942) - Polish sculptor and printmaker with Jewish roots; active in Poland, Germany, France and Palestine. She probably received her artistic education in Berlin, Wiesbaden and Paris. She was associated with the Jung Jidysz group. Between the two world wars she moved to Paris, where she mainly created sculptures in a classicist style. After a stay in Palestine in the early 1930s, she returned to Poland.
