Burial site marked by a figure of an angel seated by the coffin in which a woman lies. Sculptural group on a three-tier base. The angel is seated on the edge of the coffin, with a leg placed over the leg and entwined hands resting against it. Head lowered downwards, hair pinned back in a low bun. He is dressed in a robe past his knees, falling loosely from his right shoulder. At his feet relief carved sprigs of poppies. In the lower right-hand corner the signature of the artist Ziemski //.

The coffin is wider at the head. In it a relief of a lying woman. The woman holds a rose blossom in her folded hands on her chest, her eyes closed and her hair loose. She is dressed in an airy dress with a neckline. On the back wall of the coffin a plaque in the form of an open book overlaid with a sprig of poppies. On the left side, an engraved inscription (1). To the right, an engraved inscription (2).
