A gravestone monument (cenotaph) in the form of a slab on a band on which is a coat of arms cartouche with an engraved emblem of Poland filled with gold paint. Below an engraved inscription filled with black paint and a laurel branch filled with gold paint. The whole mounted on a band. The plate and cartouche polished, the band polished.

Until 2023 a gravestone monument in the form of a gabled closed stele. The stele is polished, with an engraved inscription on the front (1) and the emblem of Poland in flat relief, the field of the coat of arms is depressed, below it a further part of the inscription (2). The tomb field is covered with a chamfered band. The design of the gravestone is in accordance with the design of monuments for soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces under the care of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, stele 82 x 38 x 8, band: 13 x 137 x 283 cm.
