Burial place marked by cross on three-tier plinth and base. Cross on plinth. Over the arms of the cross a laurel wreath in relief, fastened at the front with a ribbon and a bow. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the four sides engraved frames. Second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with engraved inscription (1). The third step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges to a four-sided canopy.To the front an engraved frame with a ritual inscription (2).

2. TU / SPOCZYWA / STEFAN / I ANNA / SOWA //.
