The burial place is marked by a slab on a two-stage base, at the head of which is the figure of St Adalbert on a plinth in the form of a pile of stones and a two-stage base. Figure of St Adalbert in episcopal robes, with mitre on head. In the left, withered, hand an iron pastoral. Right hand resting on breast.

The steps of the tombstone base are glazed. The sides of the gravestone are glazed, on the gravestone there is a relief carved cross entwined with palm branches. The first step of the pedestal base glazed, the second step rusticated. On the front of the pedestal a scroll-shaped inscription plate with an engraved inscription on it.
