urk. Kozłiw (Козлів)

Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on plinth, originally with relief carved Christ, above which titulus with INRI inscription. 1st step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel with a relief carved cross intersecting with an anchor, between which at the top a burning heart. 2nd step of the pedestal surmounted by a simplified beam and moulded panel, on the front a panel terminating in a full arch with an engraved inscription.
