Burial place marked by cross on three-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross on a moulded plinth. The area of the cross is filled with glazing and floral ornament. At the intersection of the arms, the letters IHC are carved in relief, around them a convex carved wreath of rose flowers. The second and third steps of the base glazed. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, glazed. The second step of the plinth covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front wall an engraved inscription (2). The third step of the plinth finished with a simplified beam with a hipped roof. On the front wall an engraved inscription (1).

1. TU SP. / JÓZEF / REWUCKI / *1865 + 1934. / SYN JEGO / ANTONI / *1898 + 1918 / I ŻONA JÓZEFA / MARIA / * 1870 + 28. VII. 1936 / PROSZĄ O Modlitwę//. <br /><br
2. Spokojnie tu spoczywać / My łzy wylewamy / Bo bez Was my na swiec[ie] / Radości nie mamy / Wdzięczne dzieci / JÓZEFA I APOLONIA //.
