The bas-relief by Jan Lambert-Rucki, placed on the façade of the Saint-Germain church in Fiefs, was made in 1957 in cement and is polychrome. It is approximately 2.5 metres high. It depicts Saint-Germanus of Paris holding a pastoral in his left hand while he makes a gesture of blessing with his right hand. A bright nimbus surrounds his head. The saint is dressed in a long robe and a cape. The bas-relief is located to the right of the main entrance to the sanctuary.
