The burial site marked by a cast-iron cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms openworked with floral form and filled with geometrised floral ornament. At the intersection of the arms a radial gloria, below an oval plaque surrounded by a wreath. At the base a cross framed by two columns. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the pedestal slightly tapering towards the top, covered with a massive panel, with acroterions and a pinnacle on the front. On the front a profiled panel, in which an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczy / wa [...] / [...] po / zdrowie / nie Anielskie //.
