Franciszek Ksawery Szymczyk (1892-1976), Polish cyclist, sports activist, designer of cycling tracks. Together with Józef Lange, Jan Łazarski and Tomasz Stankiewicz, he won a team silver medal in the 4 km at the 1924 Olympic Games in Paris.
