Cemeteries with Polish gravestones

The cemetery in Krzemieniec was established in 1891 on the initiative of Antoni Półmack.

Completed works:
Activities were carried out in Lubieszów and Krzemieniec and included:

finding forgotten resting places of Poles on Ukrainian territory - cemeteries in Lubieszów and Krzemieniec;

carrying out the necessary tree and bush cutting and cleaning work;

marking resting places remembered by local residents;

preparing an exhibition telling the story of culture and Polishness in the Borderlands past and present and documenting the activities of the volunteers.
