There are currently 54 grave sites and memorials to Polish activists and soldiers in Scotland. The graves of 763 Polish soldiers who died during the warfare and were buried in Scotland are cared for by an institution called the Commonwealtch War Graves Commission and are generally in very good condition and only in some places in Scotland are in need of restoration.

2022
The project was carried out in the form of a scout camp, the aim of which was to carry out cleaning work on 20 graves in Scotland and to commemorate 393 Polish soldiers buried in cemeteries in Scotland.

The work was attended by 14 ZHR instructors and senior scouts. The trip took place from 3-12 August 2022 with the participation of 2 partners from Scotland: AKWA - Meetings with Passion - an organisation dedicated to the promotion, education and activation of the Polish community in promoting Polish culture, traditions and history in Scotland, and the Polish Scouting Association Abroad, Girl Scout Troop in the UK.

2023
The project was carried out in the form of a scout camp from 26 August to 1 September 2023. It involved the repair, under the supervision of a conservator, of 11 Polish gravestones in Scotland and the commemoration of over 200 Polish soldiers buried in cemeteries in Scotland. The project involved 14 instructors and senior scouts of the ZHR and the Polish Scouts in Ukraine.

Corstorphine Hill, located in the heart of Edinburgh, has the highest number of gravestones of meritorious Polish soldiers and it was these monuments and gravestones that were included in the work.
