Il y a actuellement 54 tombes et monuments commémoratifs de militants et de soldats polonais en Écosse. Les tombes de 763 soldats polonais morts pendant la guerre et enterrés en Écosse sont entretenues par une institution appelée Commonwealtch War Graves Commission. Elles sont généralement en très bon état et n'ont besoin d'être restaurées qu'à certains endroits en Écosse.

Travaux réalisés :

2022
Le projet a été réalisé sous la forme d'un camp scout dont l'objectif était de nettoyer 20 tombes en Ecosse et de commémorer 393 soldats polonais enterrés dans des cimetières en Ecosse.

Quatorze instructeurs de ZHR et scouts seniors ont participé à ces travaux. Le voyage a eu lieu du 3 au 12 août 2022 avec la participation de deux partenaires écossais : AKWA - Meetings with Passion - une organisation dédiée à la promotion, à l'éducation et à l'activation de la communauté polonaise dans la promotion de la culture, des traditions et de l'histoire polonaise en Écosse, et l'Association des scouts polonais à l'étranger, troupe d'éclaireuses au Royaume-Uni.

2023
Le projet a été réalisé sous la forme d'un camp scout du 26 août au 1er septembre 2023. Il comprenait la réparation, sous la supervision d'un conservateur, de 11 pierres tombales polonaises en Écosse et la commémoration de plus de 200 soldats polonais enterrés dans des cimetières en Écosse. Le projet a impliqué 14 instructeurs et scouts seniors du ZHR et des scouts polonais en Ukraine.

Corstorphine Hill, situé au cœur d'Edimbourg, possède le plus grand nombre de pierres tombales de soldats polonais méritants et ce sont ces monuments et pierres tombales qui ont été inclus dans le travail.
