Information about the object:
The aim of the next stage of restoration and protection works in the Lower Church in Berdyczov was, on the one hand, to eliminate dampness and dry the walls by performing horizontal insulation - injection (over a length of 111.7 m), and on the other hand, to get rid of the problem of structural damage to the walls and vaults of the historic volume of the Lower Church. In the Lower Church, adaptations are planned to be carried out in order to organise a museum there. All the conservation and construction work carried out took into account the historic character of the monastery complex in Berdyczów.

Completed works:
The current phase of the project is part of the overall concept of the restoration of the entire monastery complex in Berdyczów, which has been carried out by the Carmelite Order in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland for more than ten years.
