The note mentions a dispute concerning the Polish church in Porto Alegre. As the local newspaper "Polska Prawda w Brazylji" reported, Poles staying in Brazil wanted to be able to celebrate all the sacraments and rites in the newly-built church, but the Brazilian curia did not allow this and removed Father Białowąs, who was replaced by a local priest.
