Burial site marked by cast iron cross on base, on plinth and stone slab. Cross with titulus in the form of a scroll with the inscription INRI. In the middle of the arm a plate in the form of a coat of arms cartouche, decorated with floral ornament. At the base of the cross a scene of mourning. The base tapers upwards. Stone plinth, terminating in a stepped base. In front of the plinth a stone slab with an engraved rectangular frame. Inside an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ / ZWŁOKI SIOSTRY / MIŁOSIE[R]DZIA / L[...] / Ż[...] / PRZEŻYŁA LAT / WIEKU 80 TUTEJ / SZYM KLASZTORZE / 5 SIERPNIA 1879 //.
