The burial place is marked by a two-stage gravestone at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk, with a wreath of flowers suspended from its arms, on a plinth in the form of a pile of stones. On the plinth at the front is a plaque in the shape of an unrolled scroll with an illegible porcelain photograph in the upper left-hand corner and an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ma[r][e][k] / RACZKOWSKI / [...] / [18]62 / [...] 1911R / Z[...]ałeś [...] / Okryłeś d[...]e ka[...]b[ą] / Tyś mi jedyn [...] nadziej [...] / Że wkrótce pójdę za Tobą //.
