Collegiate Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary St. Mary and St. Andrew and St. Stanislav in Ivano-Frankivsk

The church, dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, was built between 1672 and 1703, designed by Francesco Corazzi (or François Corossini, originally from Avignon). On 14 May 1673, the future Grand Hetman of the Crown and Castellan of Kraków, Józef Potocki, was baptised in the Collegiate Church of Stanislaw. After 1737, the church was extended.

It is significant that the church served as a sanctuary for the Potocki family, with such figures as Stanisław Potocki and Andrzej Potocki resting here. After the Second World War, the building was converted into warehouses and carpentry and locksmith workshops, and since 1979 it has housed an art museum, focusing mainly on sacred paintings. In the novel Pan Wołodyjowski, a memorial service was held here after the death of Michał Wołodyjowski.
