Jablonkov (Czech Republic), a small town in Zaolzie, where Jozef Pilsudski stopped briefly with his Legions, as commemorated by a plaque embedded in the historic Villa Lorenczuk, built in an eclectic style (with a predominance of Art Nouveau). The inscription on the plaque reads:

"In this house, in 1914, lived Jozef Pilsudski 1st Marshal of Poland. On the 20th Anniversary of the Polish Armed Forces 1914-1934
. On the 80th anniversary of the stay of the Chief and the 1st Brigade of the Legions in Jablunkovsk 1914-1994. Compatriots".

Nearby is the Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School.
