ukr. Pidzamoczok (Підзамочок); dawna nazwa: Podzamek
Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base. The cross is chamfered, with mouldings, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof. On three sides carved frames with quarter-circular chamfered upper corners, in the front one an engraved inscription.
